On Friday, we were lucky enough to have author and voice actor, Lizzie Waterworth visit our school to do an assembly. Lizzie told us all about her job as a voice actor (she’s the voice of Horrid Henry amongst others!). She then talked about the book that she has written for children, to help them develop their confidence when speaking in front of a crowd or with new people. We really liked the “squeezing lemons” idea to help us feel more relaxed in an unknown situation. Thanks for inspiring us, Lizzie!
