World Book Day
We had an excellent day celebrating World Book Day in school! Everyone dressed up as their favourite book characters even the teachers! I wonder if you can guess who some of the characters are?
We did lots of fun book activities in class and every class had a special visit from Pep the Poet. The children enjoyed listening to his funny poems and even making some up themselves.
The library held a decorate a pebble as your favourite character competition and we also held a Masked Reader quiz. It was a really busy day and a lot of fun!
