Chaplaincy

The Chaplaincy Team meet regularly to discuss and support the Catholic life within our school, enabling and encouraging children and staff to develop more fully with their faith by building strong connections between home, school and parish.

Summer Term 2014 - Come and see at Home

 

We return to school celebrating the great joy of Easter, the Resurrection of Our Lord. The focus of our RE lessons this term will be the role that the Holy Spirit plays in our lives. We will study three themes this term: Pentecost, Reconciliation and the Universal Church

Spring Term 2014 - Come and See at home

 

In RE this term we will be studying the three themes of Local Church (Community), Eucharist (Relating) and Lent / Easter (Giving).

 

Each class will approach the themes through different topics.

Come and See at home

 

This term we will be studying the three themes of Domestic Church (Family), Baptism and Confirmation (Belonging) and Advent and Christmas (Loving). Each class will approach the themes through different topics. The children will also spend a week studying Judaism.
